What drove you to start your business?

The inspiration behind starting Brendan Hope CV Writing stems from a deep-rooted belief in the power of personalised support and the transformative impact of a well-crafted CV.

Having navigated various career transitions and witnessing first-hand the challenges individuals face in standing out in a competitive job market, I was driven to create a solution that combines expertise, empathy, and innovation. Recognising the importance of a tailored approach to CV writing, I set out on a mission to offer individuals comprehensive support that not only showcases their unique talents and experiences but also empowers them with the confidence and tools needed to succeed.

Drawing from my own journey and experiences, I am committed to providing clients with high quality services that go beyond traditional CV writing, ultimately helping them to achieve their career aspirations and unlock their full potential.

What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?

Setting up and growing my business has been a journey filled with various challenges, each offering valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. Initially, I faced the daunting task of gaining knowledge in areas such as business development and finances, areas that were essential for establishing a strong foundation.

Overcoming the hurdles of navigating the intricacies of business operations was no easy feat, and I encountered obstacles like struggling to position my company effectively within the market and grappling with imposter syndrome in the early stages. However, perseverance and a commitment to continuous learning has allowed me to overcome these challenges gradually. With time and dedication, I began to see progress, and this year, in particular, I feel poised for significant growth.

I’m excited about the opportunities ahead and am looking forward to embarking on this journey, aiming to bring along many others who can benefit from the experience and expertise I’ve gained along the way.

My goal is to have this program fully developed and ready for launch by early March. This initiative represents a significant step forward in providing holistic support to individuals seeking to advance their careers and achieve their professional goals.
