What drove you to start the business?

With Dave and I having both worked in social care for over 10 years, we have seen a system which lacked a unique approach to helping young adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition access work, social activities and events, and in developing social skills and relationships.

What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?

Setting up as a new Support Provider is always challenging. We started the business without any capital, but had a clear vision for it.

Our success locally has been the result of time invested to build a reputation for pushing the boundaries. We’re challenging the status quo while delivering high quality, personalised, and inspired approaches to Social Support.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?
